Appearances

S2E2 — Prize Fight — Asena v Ralzamon

(PodsofWar)

• Origin: from the dimension of Northport, a Coriander Society character. Normally a pugilist; here a monk “more dragon-y,” tapping her dragon heritage for the arena.
• Powers:
  • Telepathy.
  • Spectral draconic wings (Wings Unfurled).
  • Aspect of the Wyrm frightful presence, which manifested as swirling milk.
  • Step of the Wind, Stunning Strike, Flurry of Blows, Mage Slayer.
  • Dimension Strike, a custom feat: force damage on a crit, plus wisps of mist that slow the target, hamper its attacks and block teleport.
• Personality and lore:
  • Forgetful (“the next day, everything just kind of goes away”).
  • Not cautious.
  • Thinks raccoons are sacred animals.
  • Her friend John told her about Matrix.
  • Learned about aliens that morning in a dimension called Ico.
  • Says she doesn’t know much about her past.
  • Calls Ralzamon “Ralzypoo.”
• In this episode:
  • She was abducted willingly by aliens and given snake arms with two extra brains; the GM later removed them.
  • She won; the GM called her “queen of the fight.”
  • Ralzamon calls her a corrupting energy and “harbinger of elder evil”; the GM says she doesn’t doubt she is a danger.

Coriander Society, Fate of the Faithful Part 1 (A Crossover)

(PodsofWar)

• Abilities and gear:
  • A martial fighter with silver-misty-light fists.
  • Can run up walls and has slow fall.
  • Double-barrel shotgun and laser gun.
  • The Fang of Glotharius (planar slip).
  • “Wails from the grave.”
• Connection to portals: “connected to a lot of planes,” and has power over portals that barely affects Lyrus’s.
• Flaw: “no patience for sitting around… direct action.”
• Deathmatch history: a former Deathmatch champion who fought Ralzamon in the Kitchen of the Dread Fortress, using milk froth against his lactose intolerance. She remembers crowds chanting her name. She also tells John of dreams of a Santa-carriage space trip, which John has never believed.
• In this episode: keeps the finest spoon.

Coriander Society - Fate of the Faithful Part 2 (A Crossover)

(PodsofWar).

• Has fought in the Grandmaster’s arena before and fought Ralzamon in the Void. Champions are sent home without memories; she remembered only as dreams.
• “Somewhat of a dragonborn”; the Seer senses a dragon nature “not from this plane.” She says she is probably older than the Seer.
• Smart laser stolen from an airplane (now leaking radiation). Also a ray gun, planar slip, and astral-light reflection.
• Mental link (telepathy); a bestow curse spell tattoo from John.
• Currently cat-sized.

Coriander Society - Fate of The Faithful Part 3 — A Crossover

(PodsofWar). Shrunk to house-cat size, then restored and enlarged.

• Has the slime companion Slakura (key-form, slime trails).
• Powers: telepathy; force-glowing punches; a once-per-day astral shift; a primal connection to nature and astral energies; “dragon fear.”
• Doesn’t care about gold (once bought hot dogs with it).
• Distrusts Circe (“I hate her”). Claims a version of Circe (a “him”) exists in her world.
• Found the Tumult map and the ewer plant. Called “the Dragon of Zul’Qir” by the GM.

Coriander Society — Fate of the Faithful Part 4 (A Crossover)

(PodsofWar). Was a Deathmatch champion, returned home by the Grandmaster, and kept her memories.

• Family past: her possible mother kept an occult chamber; she carries the expedition photo of her family.
• Wears a crown taken from Santa Polka’s tomb during a dreamscape visit that was “also like really there.”
• Monk-like: runs up walls, sneak attack, astral chains, Wails from the Grave. Darkvision.
• Gave Lawrence her blood as a divination anchor. Carries a potion of force resistance and the distance quill.
• Has “another brain” and thinks “paper” thoughts.

Coriander Society — Fate of the Faithful Part 5 (A Crossover)

(PodsofWar). A pugilist.

• Was shrunk earlier and restored by the cookie.
• Gear and powers:
  • The Fang of Goltharius, an amulet with astral wings and soul-ripping, which now grants Dimension Door once a day.
  • A laser gun ripped from a giant machine, now drained. Slakura.
• Backstory:
  • As a little girl she was taken to the tomb of Sennepolker, before a hungry ancient dead thing.
  • Her life was changed by the jungle expedition on which Josiah Parsons died.
• She fought Ralzamon in a Deathmatch in the Void and won. She spared him, letting him fall into the pit.
