- A changeling. True form: very small, ashen white, dark circles around the eyes, long white hair.
- Forms taken this episode: a pale, gaunt drow (default); a grung; Vythorn’s squire or brother; tabaxi (a Kuro double, Kuro, Kuro’s mother); the gnoll leader; a svirfneblin; Biff’s grung kin; Vythorn’s father and mother.
- Abilities: master thief, shadow blade, green-flame blade, smites, sneak attack, bladesong, fireball, message, healing (a cat-tongue lick, a cure on the mother’s foot), lay on hands, divine sense, invisible mage hand.
- His test: he spared an opponent who begged for mercy, failed, and was “consigned to the hells.” He suspects he should have acted from his heart.
- Once “in the employ of less than reputable parties,” he witnessed the Shadow King kill Vythorn’s parents. “I never forget a face.”
- Doesn’t like candy. “My primary export is violence.”
- Bound himself to Fil as her instrument; she turned him into a crow.
