Appearances
S5E6 — American Amphibian — King Man Frog Bofus v Richard Knottley
(guest, unnamed in metadata).
- Self-described “King of the frog people, man people frogs. 50% man, 50% frog, and 100%… something else.” He is British.
- Wears a green frog mask with hand-drawn cartoon eyes and a fake crown of yellow fabric sewn to it. The mask deflates as he pulls frogs from under it.
- Long tape-measure tongue. Skittle-colored frogs live under the mask (“my froggy brethren”). Keeps cheeseburgers in his boots.
- Ripped, muscular and oily: is it sweat or a frog oil gland? “Stuff can be two things.” 5’2” with arms reaching below his knees.
- Receives taxes, doesn’t pay them. Loves half-eaten Snickers.
- “Electricity is my only weakness.”
- Signature move: the frog splash, which scrambles the target’s stats for a round.
- From the Box of Chaos he got a screaming vial (swap bloodlust and instinct); he kept it unused.
S5E14 — Froggy Style — Kyle Stoddard v King MAN FROG Bofus
(Dr. B’s/Dr. Bees). King of “the frog and people people.”
- Body: a tiny frog head under a big, now-tattered mask with bags stitched underneath. He has a man’s body with human hands, a Peloton tattoo across his chest, and a cloaca. He wears lycra wrestler pants.
- Rebuilt and revived: he has been rebuilt “time and time again”; the Lord of Fate says he now has an adamantium skeleton, and the goblins added “special features.”
- His dead: mourns Dick Twist (best friend/enemy) and his true love Bone Daddy Daddy, both lost in earlier fights.
- Wants permanent death.
- Weapons: “12 Gauge Shotgun,” which fires frogs, his “loyal citizens.” Also his tongue, vomit, and the frog tidal wave.
- In this episode: used the Box of Chaos twice, getting the Lord of Fate’s ring and the Grandmaster’s bow (as a second shotgun). He was briefly tempted by the Simperi, and refused because he has a crown. He died by his own misfire at five fatigues. Last thought: “at least I didn’t die a nerd.”
