S4E2 — Under the Bottom — Richardo v Evah
(Danotage)
- Who he is:
- A fallen Aasimar barbarian, about 6’2”.
- An arm wrestler who arrived thinking the deathmatch was an arm-wrestling match.
- The Shadow King calls him “Dick Johnson.”
- Fighting style and gear:
- Flips his helmet backwards to rage, and then can’t see. The helmet has a spike.
- Fights with fists and a one-handed axe that “should be two.”
- Received a Holy Avenger (+3, radiant) from the Box of Chaos.
- His “golden arm” is his right arm.
- His “final form” is the necrotic shroud: shadowy body, sprouted wings, frightening aura. Also uses healing hands.
- Family:
- Has a wife “back home.”
- His mother Juanita is in the stands. She throws planks “with her strong wrestling arm” and wears a mask. Inferred: she taught him arm wrestling, from “You wanna know who taught me the arm wrestling? Good luck” (0:57:19), which he says in reply to the jokes about his mother.
- Personality and lore:
- Has four nards, kept in his back pocket “only on Fridays.”
- The truck-stop Slim Jim story: 249 of 250 copper, so he threw the shopkeep.
- Wears off-brand “Lug” sandals.
- Wants the Shadow King’s crown.
- Carved with an X scar and one “eye.”
- Fate: Killed by Evah, impaled on her glaive.
