S6 Ep3 — Ether Drifts Part 2 — Team A deathmatch (Atlas v Robbie Clark and the Hunger v Copycat)
(guest, “Cinder” inferred). Appears as a small boy in a baseball cap with a backpack. The backpack is the Hunger: a fleshy nest of fangs, jaws and tendrils “of the abyss and the shadow.” Robbie “is not a human child.”
- They claim to have been “unified before the first waves crashed against the first beaches.” The Hunger “is for friendship and biomass.” They eat all biomass equally, puppies included.
- They keep a sticker book collected “for eons,” stuck down with Gorilla glue.
- Powers: regrows the backpack; turns pieces of itself into creatures (“Fetch”); a unified form where tendrils enter Robbie’s eyes and he floats, with “mouths for eyes”; friendship eldritch beams; spores that grow a neural network, feeling and a mouth in a target and make it an ally.
- Family (per Copycat’s impersonation, unconfirmed): a mother who made lemon squares (Robbie confirms “that was real”), a father with “the Eldritch Belt,” and a brother who is a dimension conqueror and “an asshole” (said by the Hunger).
- Item gained: the Arbiter’s ring.
- Won; named leader of the Unbreakable Redacted Friends. He privately calls the Arbiter and Grandmaster “the real bad guys” and vows to take them down.
