Appearances

S2E2 — Prize Fight — Asena v Ralzamon

(TrmntdByGnomes)

  • Nature: “master of the unknown.” A long-dead being of ectoplasm, dressed half jungle explorer, half megalomaniac.
    • “Ralzamon” is an assumed name, not his real one. He has a “poor dead mother.”
    • His consciousness normally resides in a crystal heart and he calls this body a “fleshy apparatus.”
    • He was once “a mere mortal.”
    • He’s lactose intolerant and finds marble gross.
  • Powers: psychic. He used levitation, Hellish Rebuke (twice), Lucky, Pact of the Talisman invoking the Zul’quian jungles, and Mental Prison (ninjas, void slimes, his own mocking face).
  • History with Asena: they’ve fought “like five times.” He mind-prisoned and haunted her. He believes her energy corrupts worlds and failed to banish it from “my own world.”
  • In this episode:
    • He fooled the aliens into thinking he was one of them and got two healing potions.
    • He was killed by Asena.
    • He was revived in secret by the Arbiter in the well as “a general for the days to come.”

Coriander Society, Fate of the Faithful Part 1 (A Crossover)

(spelling per DM notes)

  • A figure from Asena’s past and the Coriander Society’s nemesis.
  • Pulled into the Void by a hand and a voice: “I still have need of you.”
  • Per Lyrus, “General of the Arbiter,” who has served the Arbiter for months.
  • Acts here as an invisible psychic presence that exploits flaws and crushes minds. It is “stronger, more powerful than ever.”
  • Lactose intolerant.

Coriander Society - Fate of the Faithful Part 2 (A Crossover)

The heroes’ arch-nemesis.

  • Seen in the vision: his dying spirit was fused by the Arbiter with a resurrected Josiah Parsons.
  • Now the Arbiter’s empowered “general,” with psychic reach across the Void. This explains the Faithful’s intel leak.
  • Psychic power projected from a hidden crystal nest in the Zul’quian jungles.
  • Asena’s nicknames: “Rousey Poo,” “Rousey Parsons.”

Coriander Society - Fate of the Faithful Part 2 (A Crossover)

Resurrected and glowing blue, merged into Ralzamon. The heroes had set about destroying his cult.

Coriander Society - Fate of The Faithful Part 3 — A Crossover

(offstage). The Arbiter’s general and psychic spy, “middle management.”

  • From the Coriander party’s world, brought to the Void for the Deathmatches. He died there and is back via “Arbiter’s magic or something.”
  • Scans for brainwaves (“Kenny thoughts”). Lawrence has a theory about “what happened with” him.

Coriander Society — Fate of the Faithful Part 4 (A Crossover)

(Josiah Parsons). Not seen on screen.

  • Per Lawrence’s theory, a fusion of two echoes: one kept by the Arbiter after his Deathmatch loss, one pulled from Yord at the moment of death. Has a body in the Void, and is lactose intolerant.
  • His first Deathmatch was in the Dread Fortress kitchen.
  • Used as “the Arbiter’s secret psychic weapon.” Held in the floating keep.

Coriander Society — Fate of the Faithful Part 5 (A Crossover)

(DM).

  • Psychic mastermind from Yord, a former rich expedition man in khaki.
  • Believed Asena was an abomination and the downfall of Yord.
  • The Arbiter pulled his shade from Yord and fused it with the Void version; the Yord echo is now destroyed.
  • The survivor spared himself nothing: he begged to “die alone” out of the Arbiter’s sight. Yet he appears before the Arbiter, defeated, and is sent to gather the Arbiter’s champions.
  • In the Void he wears a hood, robes and a green cloak with golden clasps, “a warrior of the Arbiter.”

S2E18 · Battle for the Crown Round 1 · Team Grandmaster (Toddleheim & Veronica) v Team Arbiter (Ralzamon & …

(CastersnCastles). The Arbiter’s general. Glub Glub calls him “Razzle Dazzle.”

  • Appearance:
    • Blue skin, an absurdly high collar, finely clipped hair, a big cloak.
    • “Being made of meat is not his normal state of being… He’s used to being a much more ethereal, astral entity.” Dramatic organ music should play when you see him.
  • Speaks of having been deprived of a body before (“my transformation… and then the time I got my ass kicked”).
  • Spells and gear:
    • A warlock with two spell slots, plus Eldritch Blast, Hold Person, levitation (drawing on the minds of the fortress’s dead), Raulothim’s Psychic Lance, Entropic Ward and War Caster.
    • An unholy talisman that boosts his saves.
  • Called Veronica “Victoria.”
  • Died burning from Veronica’s orb and a berserker’s crit, whispering to Toddleheim. His ghost rose and lingered until the battle ended. He gave up his team’s death saves to Glub Glub.
